It shall be unlawful for any person to use or possess any Police Department or Fire and Rescue Department apparatus or equipment for any private purpose. It further shall be unlawful for any person to enter any storage area for or containing any Police Department or Fire and Rescue Department apparatus or equipment unless accompanied by or with the specific permission of an authorized member of the Police Department or Fire and Rescue Department, as applicable.
