§ 112.04 INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED TO THE POLICE CHIEF BY REGULATED FACILITY.
   It shall be the duty of any regulated facility licensed under this chapter to file with the Police Chief of the City within seven days after the issuance of a license under this chapter a statement containing the names of all employees, their home addresses, home telephone numbers, the type of work performed by each employee within the regulated facility. Changes in and additions to the list of employees with the names of new employees shall be filed with the Police Chief within seven days from the date of any such change or additions.
