§ 112.02 PURPOSES OF CHAPTER.
   The purposes of this chapter are to regulate the business, trade, or profession of massage practitioner and to regulate the operation of the facilities as massage practices, health salons, physical culture studios, clubs, or establishments, wherein physical treatment of the human body by means of manual or mechanical massage or similar treatment to the human limbs is carried on or practiced. The provisions of this chapter shall be construed to protect the general health, safety, welfare, and morals of the public in general.
