(A) The aforesaid extraterritorial jurisdiction boundaries of the City are those set forth on that certain map entitled Official Zoning Map, City of Havelock, dated 7-28-1975, as amended, the map being specifically incorporated herein by reference for a more particular description of the foregoing described area.
(B)
The procedure for adopting any ordinance extending the extraterritorial jurisdiction shall be as set forth in G.S Ch. 160D, Art. 2.
