No vehicle, machine, or equipment shall be permitted upon any street of the City or any shoulder, ditch, curb, gutter, or sidewalk appurtenant thereto, in the manner as to cause any such street, shoulder, ditch, curb, gutter, or sidewalk to be damaged or to fail to comply with the minimum standards set forth in §§ 154.035 et seq.
