§ 90.45 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   ANIMAL. Shall include dogs and cats, as defined in § 90.15, and all animals covered by the provisions of §§ 90.15 through 90.18.

   CITY PROPERTY. Any City-owned property, whether real or personal, including any such property while leased to any third party, but excluding City-owned street rights-of-way.
