Within the municipal limits of the City is hereby declared to be a bird sanctuary. In accordance therewith, it shall be unlawful for any person to trap, hunt, or shoot or attempt to trap, hunt, or shoot or molest in any manner any bird or wild fowl, or to rob any bird’s nest or wild fowl’s nest within the municipal limits of the City.
