§ 73.20 PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS.
   (A)   When signs are placed, erected, or installed giving notice thereof or the curbing has been painted yellow in lieu of the signs, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets designated on the official traffic maps of the city as areas where parking is prohibited at all times.
   (B)   No vehicle of over one-half-ton capacity shall be parked upon either side of any residential street so designated on the official traffic maps of the City.
   (C)   There shall be no parking at any time on U.S. 70 and the right-of-way thereof from N.C. 101 west to the Slocum Creek bridge or the western City limits.
   (D)   There shall be no parking at any time on Trader Avenue from Miller Blvd. to U.S. 70.
   (E)   There shall be no parking at any time on Methodist Drive, Middle School Lane, Recreation Drive, and Atlantic Avenue from the intersection of Governmental Avenue to fifteen (15) feet beyond the Fire and Rescue Department driveway.
