(A) No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle, attended or unattended, on any portion of any City park and City recreation facilities except in designated parking areas as defined in this chapter.
(B) When signs are placed, erected, or installed giving notice thereof or the curbing or pavement has been painted yellow in lieu of the signs, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any such designated area within City parks and City recreation facilities.
