§ 150.34 RESPONSIBILITIES OF OWNERS AND OCCUPANTS.
   (A)   Public areas. Every owner of a building or structure that contains multiple nonresidential uses shall be responsible for maintaining in a clean and sanitary condition the shared or public areas of the Building and premises thereof.
   (B)   Common areas. Every owner and/or agent thereof a building, structure or dwelling that maintains common areas for use of the occupants and public shall be responsible for maintaining in a clean and sanitary condition the common areas of the building and premises thereof.
   (C)   Cleanliness. Every occupant of a building, structure or dwelling shall keep in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition that part of the building, structure, dwelling, and premises thereof which the occupant occupies and controls.
   (D)   Rubbish and garbage. Every occupant of a building, structure or dwelling shall dispose of all his or her rubbish and garbage in a reasonably clean and sanitary manner by placing it in the supplied storage facilities. In all cases the owner shall be responsible for the availability of rubbish and garbage storage facilities.
   (E)   Supplied plumbing fixtures. Every occupant of a building, structure or dwelling that is plumbed for water service shall keep all supplied plumbing fixtures therein in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition and shall be responsible for the exercise of reasonable care in the proper use and operation of same.
   (F)   Required maintenance. Every owner of a building, structure or dwelling shall be required to repair, alter, maintain, reconstruct or rework same or the parts or components therein so that the structural, sanitary and infestation control standards under sections § 150.31, § 150.32 and § 150.33 are met.
