§ 52.131 WATER SHORTAGE DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   WATER SHORTAGE. A WATER SHORTAGE shall be deemed to exist when the ordinary demands and requirements of water customers served by the City cannot be satisfied without depleting the water supply to or below the level at which the continued availability of water for human consumption, sanitation and fire protection is jeopardized.
