§ 52.102 RECORD KEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIRED.
   (A)   The industrial user shall maintain the records pertaining to waste quantities and characteristics, operation and maintenance of storage tanks, flow-control manholes, flow meters, and pretreatment facilities as may be directed by the POTW Director. The records shall be made available for inspection by the City, DEM, or EPA upon request.
   (B)   The industrial user discharging industrial waste shall notify the City at the earliest possible time after any known or suspected violation of any permit condition or provision of this chapter and Chapter 51 is detected, but in no case shall longer than twenty-four (24) hours be allowed to elapse between the time a known or suspected violation of the permit or ordinance is detected and the time when notification to the City is given. The Director of the POTW must also be notified. The City and the Director of the POTW will then determine the proper procedures and timing for abatement of the violation.
