§ 52.057 CONNECTION OF SOURCES OF SURFACE RUNOFF OR GROUNDWATER PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   No person shall make connection of roof downspouts, foundation drains, areaway drains, or other sources of surface runoff or groundwater or condensation draining from mechanical cooling equipment to a building sewer or building drain which in turn is connected directly or indirectly to a public sanitary sewer, unless the connection is approved by the Public Utilities Director for purposes of disposal of polluted surface drainage or disposal of pretreated contaminated groundwater.
