Old building sewers may be used in connection with new buildings only when they are found, on examination and test by the Public Utilities Director, to meet all requirements of this chapter. The examination and test fee shall be set forth in the fee schedule as from time to time adopted by the City, which schedule shall be available to the public at the office of the City Clerk.
