§ 52.032 PERMIT; NOT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL INSTALLATION COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY.
   A permit for a private wastewater disposal system shall not become effective until the installation is completed to the satisfaction of the Public Utilities Director of his or her designee. The Public Utilities Director shall be allowed to inspect the work at any stage of construction and, in any event, the applicant for the permit shall notify the Public Utilities Director when the work is ready for final inspection and before any underground portions are covered. The inspection shall be made within twenty-four (24) hours of the receipt of notice by the Public Utilities Director.
