§ 150.14 ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS.
   When the Building Inspector is satisfied that all proposed constructions, installations, relocations, or structural alterations comply with the provisions of this chapter, a building permit shall be issued. Upon completion of the work and within ten days of completion, a certificate of occupancy shall be issued if the Building Inspector is satisfied that all work has been completed in accordance with all provisions of this subchapter as well as other chapters of the Code and, that all streets, shoulders, ditches, curbs, and gutters comply with the standards and requirements set forth in Chapter 158, and that the sidewalk and landscaping (improvements in general) bordering the subject parcel for which the certificate of occupancy is requested complies with the standards and requirements set forth in Chapter 158.
