§ 150.08 BUILDING PERMITS; APPLICATION; VALIDITY OF PERMIT; POSTING.
   The application for a building permit shall be submitted to the Planning and Inspections Department of the City and shall be accompanied by plans and specifications, an itemization of the materials to be used in the building or structure, the proposed location thereof, the purposes for which the building or structure is to be used, the cost of the building or structure, and any other information concerning the same that will enable the Building Inspector to properly pass upon the application of the person. The permit shall be valid only if construction is begun within 180 days after issuance. The permit shall be posted in a conspicuous location at the site covered by the permit.
