5-2-7: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or both fined and imprisoned. (Ord. 138, 11-14-2007)
