A.    Prohibited Acts: Every person who shall in any street, sidewalk, alley or public place or upon any private premises within the city act in a noisy, riotous, drunken or disorderly manner or otherwise wilfully disturb the peace and quiet of any neighborhood, family or person by loud or unusual noises or by drunken or offensive conduct or by vulgar, profane or indecent language, shall be guilty of disorderly conduct.    B.    Penalty: Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 9, 6-16-1952; amd. 2004 Code)
