3-1-7: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, after a notice to abate is served and any appeal is exhausted, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code. Every day any condition is allowed to exist which is in violation of this chapter shall be a distinct and separate offense. (2004 Code)
