A "temporary event permit" is defined as a permit for a use delineated in section 2-3-1 of this chapter and established for a period of time not to exceed ten (10) consecutive days in a calendar year and does not require permanent site improvements. The temporary event permit may be allowed subject to conditions required by the administrator so long as the administrator determines that granting the temporary use permit will not harm the public interest if the required conditions are complied with.
