It is unlawful for any person to sell beer and wine between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and liquor to be consumed on the premises between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. In addition to the days on which liquor may be sold pursuant to title 23, chapter 9 of the Idaho Code, liquor may be sold on Sunday, Memorial Day and Thanksgiving. (Ord. 134, 2-3-2005)
