2-1-9: BUILDING AND PREMISES:
   A.    No license shall be issued or renewed for any business if the premises and building to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with the requirements of the municipality and this code.
   B.    No such license or permit shall be issued or renewed for any business which would involve a violation of this code. (Ord. 173, 4-11-2012)
