A. More Than One License Required: In every case where more than one of the pursuits, employments or occupations for which a license is required shall be pursued or carried on in the same place by the same person at the same time, a license shall be taken out for each according to the rates established by the city.
B. License Term: All license fees required by this chapter shall be paid in advance on or before January 1 each year and all licenses shall terminate on December 31 each year.
C. Conditions: Conditions may be imposed on the business license by the city to mitigate impacts. (Ord. 173, 4-11-2012)
