It is unlawful to violate any provision or directive of a duly enacted social distancing order, isolation order, or quarantine order while such order is in effect. The violation of any provision or directive of a social distancing order, isolation order, or quarantine order is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a one-thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine and six (6) months in jail. Each calendar day of violation(s) of this chapter shall be a separate punishable offense. (Ord. 193, 3-23-2020)
