3-2-9: FORCE MAJEURE:
In the context of this chapter, a public health emergency is a force majeure. No person is entitled to recover from the City of Hauser any costs incurred, or profits lost, as may be alleged to be attributed to the enactment of a public health emergency order. (Ord. 193, 3-23-2020)
