3-2-1: LEGAL AUTHORITY:
Idaho Code sections 50-304 and 50-606 authorize the City of Hauser to pass ordinances related to public health emergencies and granting certain powers to the mayor to proclaim and enforce the same. Further, the case and common law of the State of Idaho recognize. . .  (Ord. 193, 3-23-2020)
