A "required improvement" is any improvement required for compliance with this title. Required improvements include, but are not limited to: improvements required to protect water quality, including the vegetative and structural measures needed to implement an approved runoff and erosion control plan; improvements required to mitigate potential nuisances, including landscaped buffers; utilities, including any extension of lines required to serve the development; off street parking and loading areas, roads; and any other improvement required for compliance with any performance standard of this title.
