4-6-10: VIOLATION:
A violation of this section follows the resulting progressive penalties:
   A.   A warning letter will be issued within thirty (30) days, from the time of issuance, to resolve the violation.
   B.   If the violation is not appropriately resolved within the required thirty (30) days, a misdemeanor class B citation may be issued. (Ord. 2020-04, 6-17-2020)
