Any person or entity who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate and distinct violation of this chapter and may be punished accordingly. (2001 Code)
