16.04.030: SEVERABILITY:
Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision of this chapter, for any reason, be held to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the invalidity or unenforceability of such section, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 319 § 2.1, 2003)
