These regulations are created and adopted pursuant to the authority set forth in New Mexico Statutes Annotated 1978, sections 3-19-5, 3-19-6 and 3-20-1 through 3-20-16. The land subdivision regulations of the village of Hatch shall be applicable to all the territory within the present municipal boundaries of all the village, all territory within the area of extraterritorial planning and platting jurisdiction, and, if annexation of land to the village should occur, to the annexed land and the new extraterritorial jurisdiction that is a consequence of the annexation.
