15.16.070: BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD:
The areas of special flood hazard identified by the federal emergency management agency in the flood insurance rate map (FIRM), community number 350013, dated July 6, 2016, and any revisions thereto are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. (Ord. 380, 2016)
