15.16.010: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:
The legislature of the state of New Mexico has in statutes amended 1978, section 3-18-7, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the village of Hatch in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, does ordain as follows. (Ord. 380, 2016)
