8.28.190: STORAGE OF MATERIALS AND MATERIAL TRANSPORT:
Actions shall be taken to ensure that such areas or uses with the potential of becoming or generating fugitive dust and particulate matter, shall be covered, moistened, compacted, or otherwise treated to prevent fugitive dust creation. (Ord. 352, 2009)
