8.28.170: GROUND COVER REMOVAL PROHIBITED:
No person shall disturb the topsoil or remove ground cover on any real property within the village of Hatch unless reasonable actions are taken to prevent generation of dust caused by the disturbed condition. (Ord. 352, 2009)
