8.28.130: EROSION CONTROL MEASURES (ECMs):
Erosion control measures included with an erosion control plan required by this chapter may include, but are not necessarily limited to, any one or more of the measures in sections 8.28.140 and 8.28.150 of this chapter. (Ord. 352, 2009)
