(a) As used in this section, the following terms have the meanings indicated unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) “Smoke” or Smoking” means the carrying or smoking of any kind of lighted cigarettes, cigar, pipe, or any other lighted smoking equipment.
(2) “Municipally Owned Building” means any building or other facility, the possession and control of which is in the Village of Haskins, Ohio.
(b) On and after January 25, 1993, no person shall smoke in any municipally owned building.
(c) The Mayor shall cause to be conspicuously posted “No Smoking” or “Smoking Prohibited” signs near the entrance of each municipally owned building.
(d) Whoever violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
