351.16 STORAGE AND PARKING OF VEHICLES.
   (a)   Any person failing to remove a parked vehicle from a public right-of-way, alley or street within the Village after an eighteen hour period, shall be cited for such. The citation shall be placed on the vehicle. After the vehicle has been cited for three consecutive eighteen-hour periods, the vehicle will be removed by Village authorities and recovered only upon payment of all costs incurred with the removal and storage thereof.
   (b)   No personal shall commit a public nuisance by storing or parking an inoperative, unlicensed or junk vehicle in public view on private property for more than seven days. After seven days, the property owner shall be notified by certified mail or personal delivery that the vehicle will be removed from the property by Village authority. The owner will only recover the vehicle upon payment of all costs incurred with the removal.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any unclaimed vehicle shall be disposed of in accordance with the applicable Ohio R.C. 4513.61, 4513.62 and 4513.63. (Ord. 402. Passed 4-6-98.)
