351.14 SNOW EMERGENCY PROCEDURES.
   (a)   All the public streets in the Village are designated snow emergency streets and that whenever two inches of snow or more fall on the streets, it shall be unlawful to park or leave parked any vehicles on any of the Village streets until the snow has been removed.
   (b)   Appropriate officials of the Village shall place signs on each street at the corporation limits indicating that these streets are snow emergency streets. The absence of such signs on any particular street shall not constitute a defense for a person who is charged with a violation of this section.
   (c)   Violation of this section shall constitute a minor misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). If it is necessary for the Village to cause a vehicle parked illegally contrary to this ordinance to be towed away, costs of towing and storage will be charged against the owner. (Ord. 232.
