(a) For efficient operation of the Haskins Village Mayor’s Court additional funds are required to computerize the Court and to make available computerized legal research services.
(b) There is hereby created a Haskins Village Mayor’s Court computer fund.
(c) The Court is hereby to include in its schedule of fees and costs under Ohio R.C. 1901.26 one additional fee of two dollars ($2.00) on the filing of each cause of action or repeal.
(d) The Clerk of Haskins Village Mayor’s Court is hereby directed to charge said fee.
(e) All fees collected under this section shall be paid to the Village Treasurer who shall place the funds into the newly created Mayor’s Court computer fund.
(f) Funds accumulated in the Mayor’s Court computer fund shall be disbursed only upon order of the Court in an amount not greater than actual costs to the Court of computerizing the Court and/or procuring and maintaining computerized legal research services.
