181.011 ALLOCATING NET INCOME TAX RECEIPTS.

Village of Haskins income tax receipts, net of costs of administration and collection, collected pursuant to the current and future Village of Haskins Income Tax Ordinances after January 1, 2022, shall be allocated as follows:

(a) Eighty percent (80%) to the Village General Fund, and

(b) Twenty percent (20%) to the Village Capital Improvements Fund.
