1303.02 ENFORCEMENT.

The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the County Commissioners of Wood County, Ohio, to implement the provisions of this chapter and the Uniform Code of Building Regulations for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings only for Wood County, Ohio, within the Village limits. (Ord. 130. Passed 11-18-68.)
