(c) Sewer Capacity Fees. All sewer taps shall be performed by contractors licensed by the Village of Haskins. Said contractor shall provide certificate of liability insurance made to the Village of Haskins. A minimum ten thousand dollar ($10,000) performance bond will also be required. Notify OUPS 48 hours before work commences (1-800-362-2764).
