The following method will be used in calculating monthly cost adjustment. To be applied to conditions in Section 929.14.
(a) Customer usage will be evaluated based on the last six months of actual operation and maintenance expenses will be compared to the actual expenses and used to calculate a Power Cost Adjustment that will be included in the calculation of the customer's bill.
(b) This calculation/formula will be applied to each customer account with a "look back" of six months for each month calculated.
