921.34 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT CHARGES.
   (a)   The storm sewer improvement charge shall consist of a fixed rate of $8.00 per unit, per month.
   (b)   All monies received as a result of the storm sewer improvement charge shall be deposited in the Storm Sewer Improvement Fund.
