921.34 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT CHARGES.
   (a)   The storm sewer improvement charge shall consist of a fixed rate following the listed rate/time table below.
 
2024
Effective - 1st Billing Cycle of 2024
$14.00 per unit, per month
2025
Effective - 1st Billing Cycle of 2025
$16.00 per unit, per month
2026
Effective - 1st Billing Cycle of 2026
$18.00 per unit, per month
   (b)   All monies received as a result of the storm sewer improvement charge shall be deposited in the Storm Sewer Improvement Fund.
