When it can be demonstrated that circumstances exist which would create an unreasonable burden on the person to comply with the time schedule imposed by Section 921.21
, a request for extension of time may be presented for consideration of the engineer. All requests for extension of time shall be submitted in writing stating the reasons for such a request. Under no circumstances shall the extension of time exceed thirty (30) days after approval of the extension by the engineer. (Ord. 386-1997. Passed 12-15-97.)
