921.18 OPERATION OF PRETREATMENT FACILITIES.

Where pretreatment or flow equalization facilities are provided or required for any waters or wastes, they shall be maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective operation by the owner(s) at his expense. (Ord. 386-1997. Passed 12-15-97.)
