No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any (unpolluted) surface water, groundwater roof runoff, any (unpolluted) storm water, surface ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water, or unpolluted industrial process waters to any sanitary sewer. Any existing roof drain connections to sanitary or combined sewers shall be connected into an available storm sewer or shall be disconnected above ground in the manner approved by the Village Administrator. The owner of all buildings situated within the Village is required at his expense to disconnect all existing roof drains from sanitary and combined sewers in accordance with the provisions of this chapter within 90 days after the date of official notice to do so.
