There are hereby authorized within the Police Department of the Village of Haskins, County of Wood, State of Ohio, the positions of Marshal, designated Chief of Police, and Deputy Marshal, designated either Police Lieutenant; Police Sergeant; Police Corporal; or Police Patrolman.
